A competitor quoted us much more money, and said they would remove both fences (and not replace), would not fix any lawn irrigation that they had to break through, and they were planning to just tie into and extend the existing leach field (which we suspected was failing). But Chase and Derick managed to do the job by just digging underneath the fence, confirmed that the old leach field was failing, put in a whole new system, and got the whole thing finished in such a short time, and they stuck to their original quoted price. They fixed all irrigation that they had to work through, and were great about keeping us up to date on the progress. They knew my family was in a bind with this project, and they worked one of the days almost entirely in the rain to get it done. You won't regret using this company, their focus is 100% on customer service."

They used actual septic drain field rock where everyone else around is using cinders - which will fail much sooner. They did a very nice install. Final inspection in the morning and they'll get the rest closed up. They are taking the time to put the soil and grade back properly. It's looking great! And they're nice guys too! 😀"

"I truly can't say enough good things about Chase and the Mountain Septic Solution's Team. We were told that our 1000 gallon concrete tank was broken and caving in by a man who came out and pumped it. I asked him if he would consider taking payments to replace it, and he stated he would let me know. He never called me back and never answered my calls. I called Chase at Mountain Septic and he came out the next day. Chase quoted me a price less than the previous gentleman, and let me know of the financing group that they work with. The team arrived the next morning and put in a new 1250 gallon upgraded tank and called to arrange the inspection. Once inspected they came back out and covered the tank and made the area look like new again. The horrible situation turned into a true blessing all because Chase and his team were so caring, professional and efficient.
